Jerry, the manager, has great customer service skills. He is also very efficient, and committed to his job. He is very helpful, as well! He didn't hesitate getting us cold water not once, but, twice, while I was vacating my unit. After I was unable to get a trailer hitched at uhaul, he waited for me for about half an hour to get back to get a new lease going for a smaller unit. Although they closed at 3 pm! This is unheard of. Thank you, again, Jerry!!! The storage itself is very secure, modern, and very clean. Your belongings will be safe, and secure. The storage facility is clean, well-lit, and secure (except as noted below). Although the facility is climate-controlled, the units accessible from the exterior of the building will be exposed to changes in temperature throughout the year. The metal doors are not insulated. In addition, they are not as secure as interior units. To access an interior unit, you need to use a personalized access code to open the doors. Also, the code is used to get into the restroom. There are security cameras throughout the property. To secure your storage unit, you either use your lock or purchase one (not returnable). It's a tumbler-type lock not a padlock. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. - Raymond Doo

I've been renting a storage unit at the facility on Boerne Stage Rd. and just wanted to say that the 2 women who run this place were extremely helpful to me obtaining and moving into my unit. The 1st one to help me was, uh...her name was, well, hmmm.......o.k., the Beatles wrote a song about her........ y-e-a-h, uh, nooooo, not Madonna - the other girl song, geeeez! Anyway, she took care of everything for me long distance over the phone because I was in another city. That really did help since I didn't even have a permanent place to live in San Antonio yet. Oh yeah, her voice is as smooth as silk....darn, I w-i-s-h I could think of her NAME! Oh well, the other lady can help you just the same. Now, her name is uh......hmmmm, (cough).....uh-oh, I'm drawing a blank again. O.k, her, uh, name is.....well, her FIRST name is the same as the real LAST name of that funny guy who did all those PSA's and commercials in the 80's and use to say: "Know whut I mean, Vern". Oh, ya'll know it.....it's Jim (something). Well anyway, this lady offered me and my unloading crew some bottled water and man, was it good!!! You gotta stay hydrated when you're loading / unloading from a move - Ya know what I mean, Vern.....oh, dag-nabit, I almost had it. So, both of these competent women realize that moving is one of the most stressful things people do and they've been trained to comfort people under stress. The facility itself is relatively new and they keep it clean and inviting. I think both of these women should get a raise.........so they can put the top ornament on their Christmas tree - I guess I'll bring a ladder the next time I pass by. oh !, Oh !!
